We're Off On Holiday
We've deemed to leave the country for a short while to get a well earned rest. Feel free to email us but please bear in mind the response might be slower than normal.
People will be keeping an eye on the site so please don't worry to much. Normal service will resume at the Worcester ( Wychaven) triathlon on the 2nd August.
If you are at a loss or bored with Saturday 1st August you might want to check out the Double Iron cast in Lichfield!

Results From Upton & Whiteoak Triathlon
The results from the White Oak and Upton Triathlons are now online, We've got a small tidying exercise with the Upton standard results but aside from that we should be fine.There are two pretty substantial galleries online already so get tagging your piccies please.
