Action Heart Photo Gallery Now Online

I have added the photo gallery from Sportstest to the website for you to browse. The Photos are available to be tagged, I might get around to some but it would really help the website if you could go and enter the numbers you see on the participants to help get the database up to date. (You can order photos from the website but they will be dispatched via Sportstest ltd).

Action Heart 5 Mile

Not a thoroughly triathlon related event but one that attended by many a triathlete non the less and as its my training route I always find cause to give it a mention. I have a video of the course which you can look at to see what its like but more on that with a further announcement.
Road running is a hard sport and even harder at the front end of the pack. Looking at the results it appears that Ian Rawlinson took it out with a minute over a small group who had battled hard for 2nd and 3rd respectively.
- Ian Rawlinson (26:15)
- Tom Warrender
- Ian Coupland
And in the ladies..
- Rebecca Harrison (30:43)
- Amada Dipple
- Samantha Jackson
If you missed the event or are thinking about it in the future why not look at the following Race Course Video.

Halesowen Aquathlon

I came, I saw I race and could have done better, better than the five people in front of me. Results are in the usual place but they are not mine, so you'll need to contact the organiser for any queries.
There are numerous categories but I will give mention to the top two in the main adults race which are:
Men Overall
- Daniel Stimpson
- Stuart Geggie
Ladies Overall
- Helen Russell
- Rowena Bales

Tidy, Shuffle And Move Around

Hello and welcome I thought I would draw some attention to the ups and downs of the website over the last few days. If you are a frequent visitor you may have noticed my annual tidy/shuffle going on, apologies if your browsing was interrupted. "What you been up too?" I hear you ask.
Well a co-worker of mine suggested a few ideas and I have been pulling a lot of the data together in a larger database , this means you can click on your result line and now get a complete view of your activities (results, photos, videos) and also making so you'll be able to add your own content (results, photos videos etc).

Can Speedo's £325 Super-swimsuit Make You Move Like A Champion? (times Online)

It is, by all accounts, the fastest swimsuit the world has seen. Certainly, they had never seen anything like it at the swimming pool in North London into which I leapt wearing what might have looked, to the uninitiated, like an unfinished superhero costume (writes Will Pavia).
One fellow swimmer later confided that she usually played with her children in the section of the pool I had chosen to test this advance in aquatic technology. “Seeing you get in there I thought I had better avoid the area altogether,” she said.
Speedo had been cautious initially about the idea that I carry out the first public trial of their “fastest-ever” swimsuit, the Speedo LZR Racer, which was launched yesterday Read More
