Halesowen Triathlon 2007 Results
I am just uploading the results for the Halesowen Triathlon, I participated so there is a lack of gloss on this one but the race was won overall by James Ratcliffe and for the ladies Ros Viner (who incidently beat me by around 3seconds). Results in the usual section...16/9/2007 | Comments(0)
Marllorca Training Camps Start Pouring In
High Five Sports Nutrition & JSNT Endurance Coaching are having a combined Triathlon & Running Training Camp in Mallorca this October. As this is a trial camp for the 5 weeks of camps in March & April 2008 we have overloaded it with coaches, but kept the price to a minimum.
We will assess your training needs for the next year, so that you can go away with total clarity on how to achieve your goals. JSNT has had a 100% success rate since 2000 of getting people through there first Ironman, some in there first year of triathlon.
Swim Videoing at the beginning of the week, then twice more to improve that errant stroke. Some of the most beautiful terrain for running and riding. We are also videoing running to look at technique and injury prevention. Would it be possible to circulate this to your members to give them the opportunity to apply. Wombourne September Sprint Event
The results from the event are now pretty much final. Todays overall winners were James Ratcliffe and Jodie Stimpson. Both in pretty hot Times, and contested to a certain degree. We're currently processing the video footage from the finish line and hoping to pick up some photos from athletes participating in the event.
