Upton Triathlon, What A Day
Well today was the first, inaugural Upton Triathlon, race directed by Jessica Surman and few friends and family its a bit of an instant hit. The race although a little late starting went with no real hitches and based around the base of the Malvern Hill in the scenic area of Upton is a fantastic event for all skills and abilities. The results are to many to list given the dual events but notable performances from region regulars Michelle Parsons, Jonny Rawlings, Nicola Goodwin and Les Bailey.
Results are in the Results sections and I am sure that Jessica would love some feedback from you. There is a podcast coming in the next couple of days so you should watch out for that soon.

Places Left At Hereford
Would you please let your members know that we've got a few spare places for the Hereford Sprint Tri on Sunday (8th)? We can fit about 15 more people in if anybody fancies a very fast course.
It's ideal for beginners or anybody who fancies a quick and open course with newly re-surfaced roads (like being in Europe for one year only!). For more details please follow the links on www.herefordtriathlonclub.co.uk
