Tewkesbury Childrens Triathlon

The results are now up in the results section. A couple of notes before you dive in there.

You can select the group by click on the blue text and that should just break down the single group which you want.
There is a reset view at the top so you can go back to the list
You can download the whole thing into Excel by clicking the CSV link at the top

Annotations, points

There were no *penalties* issued, there were some *adjustments* for various reasons these are indicated by [TA] next to the result.
The [TA] only effects the overall time. This is because the field recorders overwrite the data every time they update the system. So three splits might not add up to the total on the ones with [TA] at the end
All changes were agreed by the race referee on the day. If you have comment please feel free to email them through the channel at the top. HOWEVER, I won't change the results within the system without getting some feedback from the Ref, due to the Series implications of the event.

Stuweb Podcasts, Episode 4 From Worcester Childrens Duathlon And The Dk 5k Pre Race Chat

Slightly later than planned the commentry from the Worcester Childrens Duathlon and pre-race chat with a couple of collegues who are doing a half marathon in September. I have introduced them into the fun aspect of 5km racing and before the event I caught up with them to discuss motivation and thoughts.
